“The Period Megaphone” is a project launched by MENSEN that enables youth to gain knowledge about menstrual health. MENSEN is a Swedish organisation that is working towards combating period poverty and raising awareness about the importance of menstrual health. Period poverty is often neglected and not considered a major issue whereas almost a minimum of 500 million women experience period poverty, every month around the globe making it an issue of primary concern for all of us.
