The approaches work in different ways and have varying degrees of effectiveness in avoiding unwanted pregnancy. It has a number of potential non-health benefits, including increased educational opportunities and empowerment for women, as well as country-wide population expansion and economic development.
Contraception lowers the risk of pregnancy-related morbidity and death, lowers the risk of some reproductive cancers, and can be used to treat a wide range of menstrual symptoms and problems.
This is so critical, and it’s absolutely essential that women are aware of and educated on the subject.Join our new PinkTalk session to find out more about the topic of Contraception in women.
