It is simple to understand how infertility might cause depression. Building a family is linked to so many individual aspirations, future ambitions, and social expectations. Infertility and depression are correlated with one another. According to research, depression can result from infertility. Additionally, there is some evidence that depression may affect fertility. Because of infertility, many people go through periods of stress, grief, or hopelessness. Infertility can occasionally cause sadness. People who experience depression due to infertility should get help for both diseases. Depression may be brought on by infertility, but there may be more causes. A person will also require therapy for any underlying mental health issues. Important fertility health conditions that impact infertile women more severely than infertile males include mental health issues, especially depression. Individuals’ health and quality of life may be compromised by depression.
