Preventing and caring for diastasis recti when pregnant. Diastasis recti is common during pregnancy and can lead to some discomfort for mom. But, there are ways you can close the gap or prevent it from getting larger while pregnant. Here is a great exercise to strengthen your transverse abdominals and maintain that connection in your abs.
