Anusha Singh is a pre-med student at The Ohio State University and she is very heavily involved in ending period poverty and stigma. For the past few years, she has served as the National Campaign Lead for Period, which is a non-profit hoping to fight Period Poverty. Recently, the tax on menstrual products in the US states of Ohio and Michigan have both been abolished and Anusha, along with several other organizations have definitely played a trivial role in that.
Today’s interview is aimed at celebrating these two victories.
